App and entry

Q How do I get my PIN or QR for entry?
Download the Vibes Gym app (powered by ClubRight), log in with the same email you joined with, and your personal PIN or QR will show in your profile.
Not seeing it? Double check you used the right email, then reset your password in the app. If it still is not showing after 1 hour, message us on WhatsApp in staffed hours.
Q Can I share my PIN or let someone in?
No. Access is personal. Sharing entry or letting someone in breaches our Terms.
Trespass fee: A fee of £62.99 may be charged to the unauthorised person and or the member who enabled entry. Repeated breaches can lead to cancellation.

Q I cannot get through the front door. What do I do?
If you are arriving in staffed hours and your pass does not unlock the door (for example sunbeds or sauna only), press the intercom at the front door and staff will let you in.
Intercom: works in staffed hours only. If it is outside staffed hours, nobody will be on site.

Access and staffed hours

Q Is Vibes open 24/7?
The gym is open 24/7, but your access depends on your membership or pass. Some plans are timed access (for example Off Peak, Off Peak Plus, Night Owl). Staff are on site in staffed hours only.

Q Are showers and changing rooms available 24/7?
Yes. Changing rooms and showers are available 24/7 in both male and female changing rooms.
Saunas and sunbeds: staffed hours only.

Joining

Q How do I join?
Join online via our secure portal: Choose a membership.
Tip: Offers can change, so ClubRight is always the live list.
Q Do I need ID?
We may request photo ID on your first visit, and it is required for certain memberships (for example concessions and under 18s).
Q How can I see what products you sell and prices?
Go to vibesgym.com/shop. Every product we sell in the gym is listed there with the price. You can also buy online and collect from the gym.
Q Can I switch membership without paying another setup fee?
No. The setup fee is for each individual membership. If the membership you are switching to includes a setup fee in the description, it applies.
Q Do you offer couples membership?
No, not at present.
Q Do you offer corporate membership?
Yes. Please send us an enquiry on WhatsApp and we will talk you through it.
Q Do you offer local business membership?
Yes. Local business membership is available. Message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it.

Under 18s

Q What ages can join?
Members can join from age 11+ on our under 18 membership. Parent or guardian consent and ID checks apply.

Saunas are 16+ only. Under 16s may not use saunas.

Q Can juniors train outside junior hours?
Under 16s can only be in the gym outside junior hours when supervised by a responsible paying adult Vibes member who scans in with their own access and stays with them for the full visit.
16 to 17s: can have 24/7 access once induction and paperwork is complete. If paperwork is missing or rules are broken, access may be restricted back to staffed hours.

Trials

Q Can I try the gym first?
We sometimes run 1 day and 3 day trials. They are not always live online.
Trials are activated in club in staffed hours for ID and safety checks. Once activated, your trial runs for the full duration.
If the trial link redirects you to the main signup page, it usually means we are not currently running that offer.

Saunas

Q Do you have saunas?
Yes. We have 2 separate saunas.
  • 1 sauna in the male changing room
  • 1 sauna in the female changing room
They are separate and not unisex.
Q Who can use the saunas and when are they on?
Saunas are 16+ only and are available in staffed hours only.
Staffed hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat to Sun 8am to 2pm
Saunas are only turned on in staffed hours. They can take 25 to 30 minutes to warm up, so if you want to use one straight away, call the gym and ask staff to switch them on.
Q Do you have a sauna only pass?
Yes. We offer a sauna only pass for £6.99.
Important: Sauna pass is sauna only and does not include gym floor access. If you attempt to use the gym on a sauna pass you will be asked to leave and the pass can be restricted. A trespass fee of £62.99 may be charged.
Purchase: Sauna only pass is purchased in the gym during staffed hours. If you arrive and need entry, press the intercom at the front door in staffed hours.

Sunbeds

Q What sunbed options do you offer?
Sunbeds are 18+ only and operate in staffed hours only.
  • Pay as you go: £1.50 per minute (purchased in the gym)
  • Unlimited 1 month (9 min cap): 1 session per day up to 9 minutes
  • Unlimited 1 month (12 min cap): 1 session per day up to 12 minutes
If you want to go over your daily cap, extra minutes can be charged manually at £1.50 per minute if approved by staff.
Q Does a sunbed package include gym access?
No. Sunbed packages are for sunbeds only and do not include gym floor access.

Changing rooms and showers

Q Do you have showers in both changing rooms?
Yes. We have showers in male and female changing rooms, and they are available 24/7.
Saunas and sunbeds: staffed hours only.
Q Is the tap water drinkable?
Yes. The water in both changing room sinks is drinking water.
We also have a water fountain upstairs, and we sell bottled water for £1.
Q Can I use strong deodorant or body spray in the changing rooms?
Please do not use strong sprays in the changing rooms. They are small spaces with limited ventilation and it affects other members.

Lockers and bags

Q Do you have lockers and do I need a padlock?
Yes. There is a set of lockers in each changing room (male and female). Bring your own padlock, or buy one from reception for £5.
Locks left on overnight may be removed. Do not leave items overnight.
Q Where should I put my gym bag?
Bags should not be on the gym floor or the changing room floor.
  • Use the open cubbies in the men’s changing room for gym bags
  • There is also a cubby unit upstairs between the male and female changing rooms for bags
  • If your bag contains valuables, store it in the lockers with a padlock
Q Can you hold my keys or valuables at reception or charge my phone?
No. We do not store any keys or personal belongings at reception and we do not charge customer phones.

Gym rules

Q Do weights need to be put back?
Yes. Please return all weights and plates to their labelled positions.
Leaving plates on a machine is not gym etiquette and it can make it difficult for the next user. We reserve the right to charge a plate fee of £0.05 per kilogram of weights not put back on the plate tree.
Q Can I use chalk?
Yes, but if you use any kind of chalk, you must clean up after yourself.
Q Can I go behind the reception desk?
No. Members must never be behind the reception desk for any reason. If you are seen behind reception, you may be asked to leave and your membership may be terminated.
Q Is the gym monitored?
Yes. The gym is monitored by CCTV in public areas (not in changing rooms). We review incidents and we also check CCTV to deal with things like people not putting weights back.
Q Can I sit on my phone between sets?
Phone use between sets needs to be kept to an absolute minimum. If you are doing it too much and hogging machines, you may be asked to leave and or your membership may be terminated.

Drinks and snacks

Q Do you sell drinks, snacks, and supplements?
Yes. We have vending upstairs and downstairs, plus items at reception.
  • Water, energy drinks, sports drinks
  • Protein drinks, pre-workout shots and pre-workout cans
  • Protein bars and protein snacks
  • Padlocks, sweat towels
Q Do you make protein shakes or pre-workouts?
Yes. We can make protein shakes and pre-workouts, and add extras depending on what you want (for example carbs, glutamine, creatine, citrulline, beta alanine, and extra scoops of protein).

Payments and fees

Q What is the setup fee and what is it for?
Some memberships include a setup fee. It covers account setup, access setup (app and entry), admin, and getting you properly started in the system.
Q What is the annual gym enhancement fee and what is it for?
The annual gym enhancement fee applies each 1 October (see your plan for the current amount). It goes back into equipment, upgrades, refurbishment, and keeping the gym improving.
Q What happens if a payment is late or missed?
Late or missed payments may lead to restricted access, late payment fees, and admin fees until the balance is cleared.
Q What if I lose my fob?
Replacement fobs are available, and a replacement fob fee applies.

Cancel and freeze

Q How do cancellations work?
Rolling memberships: cancel any time before your next payment date via vibesgym.com/cancel.
Important: Removing your card does not cancel your membership. Any balance due becomes payable and admin fees may apply.
Q How do freezes work?
Freezes are available for £10 per month (1 to 3 months) by emailing hello@vibesgym.com.
Q What about prepaid passes?
Prepaid passes end automatically after the chosen duration. They are non refundable and non transferable.
