Vibes Gym App and Registration

Download the Vibes Gym app to access your PIN or QR, manage your membership, and stay up to date. The app is powered by ClubRight.

Important: Log in using the same email you used to join. If you use a different email, you will not see your membership or entry details.
Staffed hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat to Sun 8am to 2pm Gym open: 24/7 (access depends on membership)

Use the links below to install the app on your phone.

Door access: Not every membership includes 24/7 entry. Some plans are timed access (Off Peak, Off Peak Plus, Night Owl).
Can’t get in? If you are arriving in staffed hours and your pass does not open the door (for example sunbeds or sauna only), press the intercom at the front door and staff will let you in.
Intercom works in staffed hours only. If it is outside staffed hours, nobody will be on site.

How to register and find your PIN or QR

  1. Download the app using the buttons above.
  2. Open the app and log in using the same email you joined with.
  3. Your PIN or QR will show in your profile once your membership is active.
Tip: Joined online? Give it a short while for everything to sync. If it is not showing, it is nearly always the wrong email being used.

Not working? Do this

Q I logged in but I cannot see my membership or PIN/QR
Most common reason: wrong email. Log out and log in using the same email you used to join.
Still stuck? Reset your password in the app, then wait up to 1 hour for syncing. If it is still not showing, message us on WhatsApp in staffed hours and we will check your account.
Q Do you store keys at reception or charge phones?
No. We do not store any keys or personal belongings at reception and we do not charge customer phones.
