If you are not a member, press the intercom when you arrive and we will sort it with you.
When you can use the saunas
Staffed hours:
Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm
Sat to Sun 8am to 2pm
Closed on bank holidays

Members: saunas are included with gym memberships and passes during staffed hours only.
Good to know
- Bring a towel and sit on a towel at all times.
- Hydrate before and after. Avoid alcohol before use.
- Typical session is 10–15 mins. Cool down between rounds.
- Shower before entering. No shaving, lotions or oils inside.
- Be considerate at busy times.
- Under-18s: saunas are for 16–17s only with parental consent, in staffed hours.
Safety and health
- Do not use if you feel unwell, dizzy or dehydrated.
- If you have cardiovascular, respiratory or skin conditions, check with a clinician first.
- Not advised during pregnancy unless a clinician confirms it is safe for you.
- Remove metal jewellery. Keep electronics out of the heat.
