Cancel or freeze your membership
Do it yourself in the Vibes app, any time up to 11.59pm the day before your next payment. Prepaid passes end automatically at expiry.
In the Vibes app
- Open the Vibes app and log in.
- Go to your membership and choose Cancel or Freeze.
- Pick a reason and tell us why in a line. Be honest, we won’t be offended.

Still paying through ClubRight, or can’t use the app?
Some members are still billed through ClubRight while we move everyone across, and the app can’t cancel those payments yet. If that’s you, or you can’t use the app, fill this in and we’ll process it and email confirmation within 3 working days, during staffed hours. We will always cancel any membership if requested, so be honest in the feedback box. We won’t be offended.
