Cancel or freeze your membership

Rolling monthly plans can be cancelled any time before your next payment date. Prepaid passes end automatically at expiry. Removing your payment card does not cancel your membership.

Requests are processed in staffed hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat to Sun 8am to 2pm.
For rolling memberships, your final date must be before your next payment date. A payment already queued by your card provider may still be taken.
Removing your card does not cancel your membership. If a payment then fails because there’s no card on file, you’ll owe that payment plus an admin fee and a late payment fee. We’ll contact you by WhatsApp. If it’s ignored or unpaid, we can start a County Court Claim, which can lead to a CCJ.
Prepaid passes (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year) are non-refundable, non-transferable and end automatically.
Some plans include a minimum term stated when you joined. If yours does, payments continue until that term ends.
Pauses are £10 a month, paid up front, maximum 3 months.
Cancelling a Couples membership for one person only? Say so in the message box below. The remaining member moves to the standard rolling rate, with the usual £30 setup fee that applies to any membership change.
