Rolling monthly plans can be cancelled any time before your next payment date. Prepaid passes end automatically at expiry.
Important: removing your payment card does not cancel your membership.
Late or missed payments may incur fees as per our Membership Terms.

Quick notes
Just enough detail to avoid the usual chaos.
- We process requests during staffed hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat to Sun 8am to 2pm.
- Prepaid passes (1 day, 7 day, 1, 3, 6, 12 months) are non refundable and non transferable and end automatically at expiry.
- If a payment is already queued by your card provider, it may still be taken.
- Your requested final date must be before your next payment date (for rolling memberships).
Promo plans: some discounted offers include a minimum term, so charges may continue until that term is met.
