Follow the steps for iPhone or Android to put the app on your phone. It takes about a minute.

Door access: Not every membership includes 24/7 entry. Some plans are timed access (Off Peak, Off Peak Plus, Night Owl).
Can’t get in? If you are arriving in staffed hours and your pass does not open the door (for example sunbeds or sauna only),
press the intercom at the front door and staff will let you in.
Intercom works in staffed hours only. If it is outside staffed hours, nobody will be on site.

How to get into the gym

  1. Open the link in your app invite email and add the Vibes app to your phone.
  2. Log in using the same email you joined with.
  3. Finish your health questions, agreement and details. Your QR pass then shows in the app.
  4. At the door, scan your QR pass, or type your membership number on the keypad. Fobs you already have still work.

Tip: The QR pass changes every 30 seconds, so a screenshot will not open the door. Open the app when you get here.
The app works on 1 phone at a time.

I logged in but I cannot see my membership or QR pass

Most common reason: wrong email.
Log out and log in using the same email you used to join.
Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp in staffed hours and we will check your account.
In the meantime you can still get in by typing your membership number on the keypad.

Do you store keys at reception or charge phones?

No. We do not store any keys or personal belongings at reception and we do not charge customer phones.
